Zio Sal Ristorante

Salvatore Lembo was born in Sicily, raised in Tuscany, and moved to the United States in 1986. After many years of experience with Italian cuisine, Salvatore opened Firenze Ristorante in 1991. Then, in 2019, he opened his new venture, Zio Sal Restorante Italiano. As a casual Italian restaurant, our ingredients are imported directly from Italy and our wine list is extensive, specializing in an extensive collection of vintages from Italy.
